Individual  counseling

Counseling provides a supportive space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and improve overall well-being. I work with adolescents and adults who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions.

My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges.

School, work, or performance-related stress

Counseling sessions are conducted in person and through telehealth.

Due to licensing requirements, counseling services are currently available only to residents of Washington State.
