My name is josh chambers
I’m a former college athlete turned therapist who believes performance and mental health aren’t opposites — they’re teammates. I’ve spent over a decade working with students, athletes, and high performers, helping them navigate pressure, identity, and life both on and off the field. I care deeply about doing this work in a way that’s real, culturally responsive, and actually useful in everyday life.

Individual Counseling
Individual counseling offers a supportive space to explore challenges, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and build skills for stress, confidence, and growth. Sessions are personalized, practical, and grounded in real-life application.

Mental Performance Coaching
You train your body. You study your craft. Performance coaching is about sharpening your mind. Together, we build the mental skills needed to handle pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and compete with confidence when it matters most.

Group Workshop
Workshops and group offerings provide interactive, skill-based sessions focused on mental health, performance, leadership, and team culture. Programs are customized for teams, schools, and organizations.
